This Shipping Policy governs all deliveries made through www.drovana.me and forms an integral part of the Website Terms & Conditions.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after successful payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing includes order verification, quality control, packaging, and preparation for shipment. During periods of high demand, holidays, promotional campaigns, or supply chain disruptions, processing times may be extended without prior notice.


3. DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

  • Failed or undelivered shipments due to address errors

  • Additional costs incurred as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping details

All costs associated with correcting address errors, re-routing, return, storage, or re-shipment shall be borne entirely by the customer.


6. FAILED DELIVERY, REFUSAL AND NON-COLLECTION

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Failure to collect the shipment from a pickup point

  • Failure to pay customs duties or import taxes

The order shall be deemed fulfilled and delivered for all legal and commercial purposes. No refund shall be issued in such cases.

Any re-shipment, return, storage or handling costs shall be charged to the customer in full.


7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

8. RISK OF LOSS AND TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY

Risk of loss, damage or theft of the shipment transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier for delivery.

If the courier leaves the shipment at the customer’s request without requiring a signature, the Company bears no responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft thereafter.


9. LOST SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is officially declared lost by the carrier after a full investigation, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue a replacement; or

  • Provide store credit; or

  • Issue a refund.

No compensation shall be granted in cases where tracking information confirms delivery.


10. PACKAGE DAMAGE

Any visible damage to the external packaging must be reported to the carrier immediately upon delivery and documented with clear photographic evidence.

The Company must be notified within 24 hours from delivery with supporting evidence. Claims submitted after this time frame may be rejected.


11. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for any delay, suspension or failure in delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Wars, terrorism or civil unrest

  • Global pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes or labor disputes

  • Transportation shutdowns

Such events do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or receive a refund.


12. NO DELIVERY TIME GUARANTEE

Nothing in this Policy shall be construed as a guarantee of delivery time. All time frames provided are estimates only and are not legally binding.
