This Subscription Policy governs all subscription-based purchases made through www.drovana.me and forms a binding legal agreement between the customer and N.Y.R ECO LTD. By enrolling in a subscription program, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy in full.


1. SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The subscription program enables customers to receive recurring deliveries of dietary supplements at predefined billing intervals selected at checkout. Subscriptions provide continuous supply of products according to the frequency chosen by the customer and remain active until properly cancelled in accordance with this Policy.


2. ELIGIBILITY FOR SUBSCRIPTION

Subscription services are available only to individuals:

  • Who are at least 18 years of age

  • Who possess legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

  • Who provide valid and complete billing and contact information

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel subscriptions at its sole discretion in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.


3. MANDATORY MINIMUM COMMITMENT

All subscriptions are subject to a mandatory minimum commitment of four consecutive billing cycles.

During the minimum commitment period:

  • The subscription cannot be cancelled

  • The subscription cannot be paused

  • The subscription cannot be frozen

  • The subscription cannot be downgraded or modified

Any cancellation request submitted before completion of the fourth billing cycle shall be automatically rejected and shall not stop future charges or create any entitlement to refunds, credits, or compensation.

All payments made during the minimum commitment period are final, non-refundable, and non-disputable.


4. AUTOMATIC RECURRING BILLING AUTHORIZATION

By subscribing, the customer expressly authorizes the Company and its designated payment processors to:

  • Store secure recurring billing authorization

  • Automatically charge the selected payment method at each billing interval

  • Continue charging until proper cancellation is completed in accordance with this Policy

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available at each billing cycle. Failed, declined, or reversed payments do not cancel the subscription and the outstanding balance remains fully payable.


5. BILLING CYCLES AND PRICING

Billing cycles may be monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or other intervals as offered at checkout. Subscription pricing, product composition, and delivery frequency may be updated from time to time. Any changes shall apply only to future billing cycles and shall not affect charges already processed.

The Company reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with prior notice where required by law.


6. SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERIES

Subscription deliveries are dispatched automatically according to the active billing cycle and shipping schedule. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and subject to the Shipping Policy.

Delays in delivery do not affect the validity of the subscription or the obligation to pay for recurring charges.


7. NO REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS

Due to the nature of dietary supplements:

  • No refunds shall be issued for subscription charges once billed

  • No refunds shall be issued for subscription shipments once dispatched

  • No refunds shall be issued for delays, non-collection, refusal of delivery, or dissatisfaction

  • No refunds shall be issued for customs issues or failure to pay import taxes

All subscription charges are final and non-refundable by nature.


8. PERMITTED METHODS OF CANCELLATION AFTER MINIMUM TERM

After completion of the mandatory minimum commitment of four billing cycles, the subscription may be cancelled only by one of the following official methods:

  • Through the customer’s personal account on the Website under “My Subscriptions”

  • By submitting a written cancellation request to info@drovana.me

Cancellations submitted through banks, credit card providers, PayPal, social media platforms, or any third-party channels shall not be considered valid.


9. CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION

A cancellation is deemed valid only after:

  • A written confirmation is sent by the Company to the customer; or

  • The cancellation status appears as confirmed within the customer’s online account dashboard

Until confirmation is received, the subscription shall remain active and billable.


10. CANCELLATION TIMING AND BILLING CUT-OFF

To avoid the next recurring charge, cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled billing date.

If a billing charge has already been processed:

  • The charge is final

  • No refund shall be issued

  • Cancellation shall apply only to future billing cycles


11. EFFECT OF SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Upon valid cancellation:

  • The subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle

  • Deliveries scheduled within the paid cycle shall still be dispatched

  • No partial refunds shall be issued for unused time

  • Previously shipped or prepared orders remain non-refundable


12. FAILED PAYMENTS AND ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

If a recurring payment fails:

  • The Company may retry the charge

  • Subscription deliveries may be suspended

  • Outstanding balances remain fully payable

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscription services in cases of repeated failed payments.


13. ABUSE, MISUSE AND CHARGEBACK VIOLATIONS

Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes as a method of cancelling a subscription constitutes a material breach of this Policy. In such cases, the Company may:

  • Recover outstanding balances

  • Recover administrative and chargeback fees

  • Terminate the subscription immediately

  • Restrict future access to subscription services


14. MODIFICATIONS TO SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Updated terms shall apply to future billing cycles. Continued use of the subscription service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.


15. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or global logistics disruptions. Such events do not release the customer from payment obligations.


16. TERMINATION BY THE COMPANY

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any subscription at its sole discretion in cases of:

  • Fraud or misuse

  • Repeated payment failures

  • Policy violations

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Outstanding charges accrued prior to termination shall remain payable.


17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Subscription Policy and all matters arising out of or relating to subscription services shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
